1. The service
FactifAI helps users research public factual claims. It provides an automated evidence summary, citations, and uncertainty notes. Access uses email verification rather than a conventional user account. You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use FactifAI to break the law, invade privacy, harass people, automate high-impact decisions, overload or bypass usage limits, probe security controls, or submit material you have no right to process. Do not represent a generated report as human investigative work.
3. Reports are research aids
Reports may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Sources may change after publication. A verdict is not legal, medical, financial, electoral, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the linked evidence and applying appropriate judgment before relying on a report.
4. Credits and payment
Credit packs cost €5 including applicable VAT for 10 credits or €20 including applicable VAT for 50 credits. A basic report costs one credit. A direct full report costs two credits; upgrading a basic report costs one additional credit. Credits are tied to the verified email and are not transferable. Checkout is processed by Stripe, and credits are granted only after signed payment confirmation. Except where required by law, used report credits are non-refundable; credits are automatically restored if FactifAI cannot deliver the paid analysis.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights in text you submit. You grant FactifAI the limited right to process it to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Public source material remains subject to its owners’ rights. The FactifAI interface, branding, and original service materials may not be copied except as allowed by law.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FactifAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a report. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
7. Suspension, deletion, and changes
Access may be limited for abuse, security, or legal reasons. You may delete reports through the service. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms before material changes take effect.
